FAQ
How do I get my digital download?
Once photos are processed into our database, they will be packaged and delivered to your school with the accompanying digital information. Afterwards, to access your downloads, simply click the link located at the very top right of this site, which will direct you to the designated page for your downloads.
How do I purchase my pictures?
Click here to purchase the current school year’s photo, this can also always be found at the top of webpages!
Is there a time limit to order pictures?
Customers can expect a time limit only at the end of the school year for purchasing links. For older photos, please use the contact form for immediate assistance!
Can I get a retake or makeup photo?
Absolutely, we usually schedule both retake and makeup days for new pictures.
If you want a retake picture and have bought photos, please bring the package on retake day. Check with your school’s office policy about reprinting ID cards.
How can I get my student’s ID card?
On picture day, we will take photos that will be printed on our printer at the school! If you have ASB, please show your receipt to the photographer before taking your picture.
Can I get my student’s photo taken in your studio?
This will always be an option! If student’s and/or staff have special circumstances or disabilities this is a great option to utilize under a short amount of time in our quiet studio environment. Use the contact form above to schedule a time that works best.

Please contact us with your information and we can send the picture via a link through the customer’s email.
Can we preview the photo before ordering?
Use our contact form with your child’s and school’s details, and we’ll send you a preview only after picture day!
I have an issue with my photos…
We are happy to fix any editing issues with the portraits. If there’s a problem with the photo print quality you received, contact us, and we will send you a corrected print.
Can I order after picture day?
Absolutely! Contact our studio, and we will confirm and send you a link.
When will I receive my pictures?
It will take a week to two weeks for customers to receive their purchased photos.

Our studio collaborates with schools and organizations among Eatonville, Graham, Puyallup, Spanaway, Orting, Sumner, and Federal Way. And we continue to grow in the local Washington area thanks to our clients!
How is student data protected?
Customers will need to provide information about the student’s school. Additionally, our database for recording student information follows strict security protocols known only to our employees.
How do I prepare my student for picture day?
Students are only asked to wear clothes according to the school guidelines and parents.
